Our vision is an environment where our people experience inclusiveness that fosters empowerment. This will be achieved by stitching our people together around common themes that support the Right Environment.

Debbie Tuzzolino serves as Florida accounting manager for Turner Construction Company. In this role, she is responsible for managing 12 project accountants who handle all accounting functions across Turner's Miami, Orlando and Tampa jobsites and offices. She previously served as senior project accountant on some of Turner's most complicated and fast-track projects, including the George M. Steinbrenner Field renovation in Tampa, University of Central Florida John C. Hitt Library expansion, and Ventura Elementary School for Orange County Public Schools. Debbie has been with Turner for the past 16 years. Debbie is an active member across Turner’s Women Impacting Turner and Pride Alliance employee resource groups. In 2016 she formally launched Turner Orlando’s Pride Alliance, with the mission to promote LGBTQ equality both within Turner and externally, and provide a safe space for Turner coworkers who are members of the LGBTQ community and to advocate on their behalf. In just one year, Turner’s ally network increased from 22 to 64 members, Turner became the first commercial construction company to join MBA Orlando and participate in the Come Out with Pride festival, and the Pride Alliance was named Pride Superstars/Employee Resource Group of the Year by MBA Orlando (2018). Debbie also sits on Turner’s Pride Alliance Executive Leadership Board, an eight-member national board where she is the first representative from Turner Southeast. Debbie was recently named a 2018 Outstanding Diversity Champion by the Orlando Business Journal.
