A dynamic leader in partnership with business leaders to identify opportunities, develop solutions and strategies, and ensure results and impact, Inga Schmitzer has over 25 years of experience delivering solutions for organizations and their talent. Inga enjoys translating business objectives into human capital strategies. She has a broad base HR knowledge along with critical thinking skills that she leverages to deliver pragmatic HR solutions for the full employment life cycle of recruitment, development, motivation, and retention. She possesses deep experience in employee relations, fostering decision-making tied to organizational values, and driving change within an HR team as well as organizations.
Currently Inga leads a team of HR business partners for the Global Business Units at TDSYNNEX. Prior positions include Director of HR for Liquidmetal Technologies where she established the HR function for U.S. operations, Talent Manager at TMP Worldwide and HR Director for IKON Technology Solutions.
Inga earned her bachelor’s degree from Westminster College in PA. She has a Certificate in HR Management from the University of Pittsburgh, is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International.
Inga is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for Starting Right, Now. She has three children, two dogs, and enjoys fitness and outdoor activities such as running and cycling.
