Jenna is a born-and-raised Tampa native, passionate about fostering community, increasing equity and ultimately creating sustainable, systemic change for good. Having spent several years leading partnership initiatives within nonprofit organizations, Jenna brings her experiences to Mosaic’s North America Diversity and Inclusion strategy to develop a more diverse and inclusive culture, talent pipeline, way of working, and community impact. Jenna earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a master’s in Behavioral & Community Science with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of South Florida. Additionally, she received a certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida and recently earned her Change Practitioner certification through Prosci . Jenna is a lifelong learner, interested in people and feels most energized when engaging in open-minded and fluid, collaborative problem-solving.
