Katrina Finalley is a Customer Service Supervisor in the Jacksonville Service Center. In addition, she serves as the Chairperson for the site’s Colleague Resource Groups. In that role, she works to provide insight and insight and advice to company leadership through a unique knowledge of markets, demographics and customers – particularly in relation to sales, customer service, marketing and product/service development. She and the other Leads serve as company ambassadors at corporate events, community events and/or recruiting initiatives, as well as assisting talent acquisition through personal and/ or group networks.
Her undergraduate and graduate degree is from the University of North Florida.
